The Situation
Finding herself in a new community, founder Kelsey Starr wanted to launch a yoga community in the once yoga-less college town of College Park, MD.
The solution
Yoga as a practice is rooted in peace and balance, so the Numi brand needed a style that was simplistic and welcoming. But, striving to be a center for community in a college town required a playful energy. The balance comes from pairing soft, open-ended lines with bright, youthful colors and shapes.
